Bike tour of the Valle d'Itria and the aqueduct cycle path with food tasting

Despite the length of 58 km with a change in altitude of 760 meters, the route is of moderate difficulty considering the possibility of renting bikes with pedal assistance.

Departure is from Ostuni, heading towards the inland areas of the Itria Valley along dirt paths immersed in a spectacular rural landscape characterized by Trulli, Masserie, and dry stone walls. We'll stop at a typical Masseria and have a small tasting of the Masseria's products. Once on the SP581, halfway between Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca, we'll take the Ciclovia dell'Acquedotto Pugliese (Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Path) that will lead us to the outskirts of Locorotondo. From there, we will begin the return journey to Ostuni, passing through Cisternino, again along paths and secondary roads with absolutely absence of car traffic.
