Description
From a local farmer with generations of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to make Apulian pasta while tasting products from our garden prepared according to traditional recipes passed down from my grandmother.
We will meet at my estate, surrounded by olive groves and wheat fields, get to know each other, and then begin the approximately 1.5-hour fresh pasta class, during which you will make your own pasta.
We’ll take a few moments to relax and let you capture some memorable photos surrounded by nature, bathed in warm light and the sunset—perfect keepsakes of your stay in Puglia and this enriching experience. Then, we’ll begin with a tasting of our own extra virgin olive oil and delicious appetizers, accompanied by wine that will pair with the main course: the pasta we made together.
