Tenute Rubino Winery Tour with Four-Wine Tasting

A Tenute Rubino winery tour and wine tasting begins with a guided walk through the production site, where you learn how the estate built its wine project and how the wine is made. The visit continues in the barrel room, an evocative space. Allow about an hour and a half.

Afterwards you sit down to taste four wines, each from a different area and grape:

• Verdeca Lamiro, an IGT white from the Valle d'Itria
• Negroamaro Saturnino, a DOC rosé from Brindisi
• Susumaniello Oltreme', a DOC red from Brindisi
• Primitivo Punta Aquila, an IGT red from Salento

Taralli are served as an aperitif to go with the glasses.

The cellar is set up for families. Children are given fruit juices, drawing tools and themed games, and they join the tasting with juice while the adults taste the wines. The vineyards themselves are not part of the visit. Guides speak English and Italian.
