Ostuni: cook pasta with local family in the countryside!

We will cook traditional recipes (appetizer, main dish, dessert) while sipping a glass of wine and finally taste together what has been prepared.

In this experience you will be welcomed in our country house surrounded by the olive trees of Puglia and under our guidance you will learn not only how to cook handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition! If it is possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use vegetables and fruits from our garden. Of course, after cooking we will taste together the results of our work. At the conclusion of the experience you will receive the recipes for the dishes so that you can repurpose them at home whenever you want! - We will cook - Appetizer: Fried sage, baked seasonal vegetables with breadcrumbs First course: Handmade orecchiette pasta with condiments that vary with the seasons Dessert: Tiramisu You can choose lunch shift from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm or dinner shift from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
