Brindisi: Pasta Making Class with Dinner and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Tasting

From a local farmer for generations, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make Apulian pasta while tasting products from our garden with traditional recipes from grandma.

We will meet on my estate among olive trees and wheat fields, get to know each other, and then start the fresh pasta lesson, which will last about an hour and a half, during which you will prepare your own pasta. A few moments of relaxation during which you can take souvenir photos surrounded by nature, warm light, and the sunset, perfect as a memento of your stay in Puglia and of this enriching experience. Then there will be a food tasting of our own extra virgin olive oil and delicious appetizers, along with wine that will accompany the main course: the pasta we prepared together. A perfect experience to learn all about Puglia and more, a new friend, and delicious local products that you can buy on site or have delivered directly to your home.
