Ostuni: cook pasta with local family in the countryside!

We will cook traditional recipes (appetizer, main dish, dessert) while sipping a glass of wine and finally taste together what has been prepared.

In this experience, you will be welcomed into our country home surrounded by Apulian olive trees. Under the guidance of our tour guide, you will learn how to make handmade pasta, appetizers, and traditional desserts, as well as the tricks that make all the difference in our culinary tradition! If possible, depending on the season, we will pick and use vegetables and fruit from our garden. Of course, after cooking, we will enjoy the results of our work together.
